Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Partiki account and data.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone
All your data — including groups, messages, trip plans, media, bookings, and marketplace listings — will be permanently deleted.
Option 1: Delete from the Mobile App
This is the recommended and fastest method:
- Open the Partiki app on your device
- Navigate to Profile (bottom tab)
- Tap Settings (gear icon)
- Tap Privacy
- Tap "Delete My Account"
- Confirm your decision when prompted
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address associated with your account:
- Send an email to support@partiki.co
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered email or phone number in the body
We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

RSVP data & event history
Shared media & files
Marketplace listings
Booking history
App preferences & settings
What we may retain
As required by law, we may retain certain records after account deletion:
- Transaction records for tax and audit compliance
- Data needed to resolve active disputes or claims
- Records related to fraud prevention
- Outstanding rental obligations or fees
Before you delete
- Make sure all active rentals are completed and returned
- Download any photos or data you want to keep
- Settle any outstanding payments or disputes
- Content you shared in groups may remain as "Deleted User"
